Gun Dog It Yourself is dedicated to providing valuable information and content to help everyday people learn how to live with, train, and hunt alongside their hunting dogs. We approach dog training with an open mind, exploring and discussing a variety of training methods. There are useful tips and tricks to be found in all these methods, and our goal is to learn them all!
While our main focus is on training and developing dogs, we don't lose sight of WHY we are training these dogs. We train our hunting dogs to actually hunt! Thus, all the content we create is aimed at making both our dogs and ourselves better hunters. Our channel is built around four key pillars: Dog Training, Gear & Tactics, Woodsmanship, and Conservation. We believe that concentrating on these four pillars will enhance our hunting experiences, making them more successful, responsible, and enjoyable overall!
