In this video, I turn this big chunk of wood into a piece of art, a modern lamp with a Japanese vibe, using a technique called "Yakisugi," also known as "Shou-sugi-ban." This technique gives the wood more strength and a very interesting appearance, which, along with the cracks and rings in the wood, makes it look very aesthetic. I also created another concept I wanted to try, a simple yet modern one. Measurements: -Wooden lamp Base: Height 17.5 cm Width 28 cm Thickness 13.5 cm Acrylic: Height 31 cm Width 25 cm Thickness x2 of 6 mm = 1.2 cm -Concrete lamp Base: Height 14 cm Width 22 cm Thickness 10 cm Acrylic: Height 23.5 cm Width 19.4 cm Thickness 6 mm Don't forget to subscribe: https://www.youtube.com/@_Donideas_ Music used in the video: Serenity de Audionautix cuenta con una licencia Creative Commons Atribución 4.0. https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ Artista: http://audionautix.com/
