This @teesdalefelt video tutorial looks at different effect fibres that can be used to enhance pictures when wet felting. After looking at various effect fibres, demonstrations will be given on how these can be added to a picture before it it wet felted. Some fibres behave differently when they are wet felted and tips will be given on how to lay them out and in some cases anchor them to the picture.
