Video Not Working? Fix It Now

I've been using tissue paper in mixed media art for some years and I now use a wet strength tissue paper (stronger than the usual gift tissue paper). Questions have come up as to whether it is better to use media on the shiny/ glossy side or the other side. So I tested the paper I use with a few different media and on the gel plate. Watch the video to see the results.
