Video Not Working? Fix It Now

In our old house renovation we continue to plaster the walls using traditional lime plaster. Why use Lime Plaster? Using hydrated lime plaster is a traditional method for old buildings, which allows brick and stone walls to "breathe", and better regulate the changes in temperature and humidity throughout the seasons. Lime vs Gypsum is a big debate in the contsruction world, but we have opted for lime plaster for the walls in our farmhouse kitchen renovation.

Meanwhile... we've had another set back in the renovation...
If you thought the whole floor saga in the kitchen was a major disaster.... well... here comes another one! 🤦🏻‍♀️ 😔
Just when we were gaining momentum with everything in the kitchen renovation and up at the homestead, we've been thrown another curveball.
What's that famous saying...? "Water, water everywhere, but not a drop to drink." Find out what we're talking about in this week's video.

[ABOUT US]
We're Danny and Kate. In 2015 we moved from the UK to Barcelona, and after 8 years enjoying the busy city and sunny beaches we moved to the mountains to start a new adventure. We'll be renovating a town house, building an off grid cabin, restoring an old stone house and farming 12.5 acres of land with regenerative agriculture and permaculture practices in Catalunya, Spain.
