In this video, we look at taking simple thickness measurements using the USM Go+ flaw detector. While the DMS Go+ and other thickness gauges do a great job of automating thickness measurement setup and provide full featured data recorders, flaw detectors can also be used for measuring thickness. This video walks through basic setup and calibration using a common single element probe.
