ZDRAVO! Moje ime je Milena i danas ću vam pokazati jedan super recept. Pre toga ću vas zamoliti da zapratite moj kanal, ukoliko do sada niste, i da lajkujete video ukoliko vam se bude dopao, veoma bi mi značilo. 😊 A sada malo o receptu. 😊 Uštipci su jedno od mojih omiljenih testa, što zbog brzine pripreme, što zbog neverovatne mekoće i ukusa. Sigurna sam da će vam se dopasti. Potrebno: 2 jajeta 200ml jogurta 200g brašna 1 kašika šećera 1/2 kašičice soli 5g praška za pecivo 1 kašika alkoholnog sirćeta Priprema: Umutiti jaja, pa im dodati jogurt, brašno, prašak za pecivo, šećer, so i sirće . Zagrejati ulje dok ne počne da cvrči, pa nauljenom kašičicom zahvatite testo i prstom smaknite u ulje. Uštipci će vrlo brzo biti gotovi, dobiće zlatnu boju, a ukoliko je dublje ulje okretaće se sami. Ukoliko ima manje ulja, okrenite ih nakon što odozdo dobiju zlatnu boju. Uštipke vaditi iz ulja na ubrus da se ocedi višak ulja, pa jesti slatke ili slane. Uštipci su preukusni i veoma vazdušasti, meki.
