Ingredients :

Take a Pan and add
1/3 Cup - Almond ( Whole )
Roast in Slow Flame for 2 min then add
1/3 Cup - Cashewnut (Split )
Roast for 2 min and add
1/4 Cup - Pistachio ( Whole )
Roast 2 min and then add
1/2 tsp - Ghee
Roast 2 min then add
1/4 Cup - Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 Cup - Sunflower Seeds
1/4 Cup - Watermelon Seeds
1 tbsp - Chia Seeds
1 tbsp - Flax Seeds
1 tbsp - White Sesame
1 tbsp - Black Sesame
Roast e everything Properly
keep aside and Cool Properly
Take a Pan and add
3/4 Cup - Brown Sugar
let Caramelized Completely
1/4 Cup - Honey ( Lichi Flavour )
1/4 Tsp - Lemon Juice
Mix Properly
Add above Roasted Dryfruits
immediately switch off the flame and mix properly
Take Square Cake mould ( 7 × 7 ' )and line with Parchment Paper and Spread above Mixture
keep it for 15-20 min and Cut into desire Shape and let completely cool ,store in airtight container
