This was amongst the first release under "Alurkar Music House' back in 1981-82 and is (arguably) the first recorded "Audio Book" , conceptualized by the late Suresh Alurkar.
Va Pu Kale's "Kathakathan" has over the 40 years(and counting) has been both loved and achieved literary status in the hearts and minds of Marathi speaking people all across Maharashtra, India and abroad.
These first warm analogue recordings remain his best work.
