Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 Cup
Egg - 2 pieces
Powder Sugar - 3/4 Cup
Baking Powder - 1 Tea spoon
Baking Soda - 1/2 Tea spoon
Red Colour
Vanilla Essence
Refined Oil - 3 Table spoon
Milk
Fresh Cream
Methods of how to make Red Velvet cake:
1. At first taka strainer on top of a bowl.
2. Add 1 cup Maida, baking powder 1 tsp, baking soda ½ tsp.
3. Strain them properly so there are no lumps in it.
4. Crack two eggs in a bowl (room temperature).
5. Beat the Eggs with an electric blender.
6. Add ¾ cup of powder sugar and mix well.
7. Then add 3 tbsp refined oil and mix well.
8. After that add the flour mixture slowly in 2-3 times and mix well.
9. Add a little bit of milk to make the consistency light, vanilla essence 1 tsp and mix well again.
10. At last, add red food coloring 4 drops (or more) and mix it till u get your desired color.
11. Now take a heart shaped cake tin and place a butter paper in it.
12. Brush oil properly in all the edges and add the batter in it.
13. Tap so there are no air bubbles in it.
14. Make sure the cake tin is filled less than half portion to prevent spillage.
15. Take a sauce pan and add a large amount of salt.
16. Preheat on high flame and place a stand inside.
17. Place the cake tin inside carefully.
18. Close the lid and bake for 40 mins on low flame.
19. Close the lid hole.
20. After 40 mins check if the cake is baked well or not.
21. Insert a stick in different places of the cake, it's baked properly.
22. Turn off your oven and let it cool down completely.
23. take Amul Fresh Cream, Powdered Sugar & 2 Steel Bowls.
24. Add some ice cubes and pour water in the big bowl.
25. Now take the smaller bowl with fresh cream on top of the bigger bowl.
26. Start beating with the help of an electric blender.
27. Add few drops of vanilla essence and 2 tbsp of powdered sugar.
28. Beat well again.
29. It took about 5-7 mins to prepare the whipped cream.
30. After it cools down cut through the edges and take it out.
31. Cut off the top part to make it even.
32. Cut the cake in 2 slices .
33. Add little bit whipped cream and place the bottom layer of the cake.
34. Place butter paper on all sides of the cake.
35. Now put a layer of whipped cream on top.
36. Put top layer of the cake upside down and press little bit.
37. Then cover the cake with cream evenly.
38. Take a little bit of cream in a bowl and add food color in it. Mix well to make it red.
39. Put the Cream in a piping bag and attach a nozzle as you like.
40. Now start decorating the cake.
