Wasn't a looker in 2004 so I don't feel too bad about smearing ReShade over it in 2023. Modified visuals via:

- qUINT ADOF (a bokeh DoF effect to obscure some details into the distance and bring out the bright city lights)
- SSDO (broadly ground some objects and fill in dark recesses with AO plus some color transfer GI at the same time)
- AmbientLight (a touch of bloom with a wide radius to help spread those intense tints into the rest of the scene)
