In this week’s Mercedes vario Camper Van Conversion video, I take on the electrics and one of the most precise and high-pressure parts of the build so far — finishing the kitchen wall above the worktop, cutting everything out of one single sheet of plywood. No second chances, no panels to hide behind — just me, a jigsaw, and a whole lot of crossed fingers. 😬🪚

I cut out the hole for the window, install and wire in the switches for the lights, and connect everything up. Except… I forget a wire for one of the lights, and get completely confused about which way up to fit the plug socket! Thankfully, Becky (aka the brains of the operation 😄) steps in and helps me figure it out.
After a bit of moving things around to cover a mistake, everything lines up beautifully — and the wall turns out better than I expected.
