Vectric CNC software has a great tool array called Gadgets. These tools allow you to create all kinds of cool stuff very easily. One tool is called the Box Joint Gadget. This is how I use this Gadget to make box joints of any size and as well as of any box size. It works very well. I use a Shark 510HD with a 24" wide table and I cut up plywood into raw 24"x24" sheets for these box joints. Then I use a brad nailer with a half inch 18ga nail and attach it to the mdf table. Works great. These are some tips I have learned to use to make this easy.
