Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli - 1
Turmeric powder - 1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/3 tsp
Cumin powder- 1/3 tsp, Coriander powder - 1/3 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Biryani masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Saffron(kesar)- 1 pinch (optional)
Food colour - 1/5 tsp (optional)
