RECIPE:
2 mashed bananas
1/2 cup chocolate ganache (see below)
Tub plain coconut yoghurt
Mix ingredients into container to fill line and freeze overnight
GANACHE INSTRUCTIONS:
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips/pieces
1/2 cup plant milk
dash olive oil
dash vanilla
Place chocolate chips into a bowl
add milk to a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil
add milk to chocolate - leave with a cover for 4 minutes
wisk from centre to the outside until smooth and shiny
add dash of vanilla and olive oil
wisk again from centre
Now you ganache is ready for your ice cream mix - make sure it is cool
