Today's Recipe is Vegetable Bread Roll | Veg Stuffed Bread Recipe | Toasted
INGREDIENT & PROCESS
All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
LukeWater 110ml
Knead for 5-7 mins
Smooth dough
Brush some oil
Rest for 40-60 mins
Oil 1/4 cup
Onion 2 tbsp
Cook for 2 mins
Carrot 1/4 cup
Beetroot 1/4 cup
Green chili 2 pieces
Cook 2 mins
Salt to taste
Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Green chili sauce 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Cabbage 1 cup
Capsicum 1/4 cup
Cook for 5 mins
Parsley 1 tbsp
Mix well
Divide the dough
Vegetable stuffing
Brush water
Seal well
Make cuts
Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 20-30 mins
Brush oil white hot
Let it cool completely
