Ingredients:
Chayote - 1 no.
carrot - 1 no.
peas - 1/4 cup
onion - 1 no.
tomato - 1 no.(small)
For Masala:
Coconut - 3 slices
roasted gram dal - 1 tbs
fennel seeds - 2 tsp
cinnamon stick - small
clove - 1 no.
cashew - 6 nos.
green chilli - 3 nos.
coriander, mint leaves (small amount)
Saute all the vegetables and cook with the well blended masala items to get the tasty, delicious vegetable kurma.
