Thiruvananthapuram Mass Murder : തിരുവനന്തപുരം Venjaramoodu കൂട്ടകൊലപാതക കേസിലെ പ്രതി അഫാന്‍റെ അച്ഛൻ റഹീം ഇന്ന് നാട്ടിലെത്തും. ദമാമിൽ നിന്ന് യാത്ര തിരിച്ച റഹീം 7.45 ഓടെ തിരുവനന്തപുരം വിമാനത്താവളത്തിലെത്തും. ഇഖാമ കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്നതിനാൽ റഹീമിന് നാട്ടിലേക്ക് മടങ്ങാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്നില്ല. സാമൂഹിക പ്രവർത്തകരുടെ അടക്കം ഇടപെടലിലാണ് യാത്ര സാധ്യമായത്. കേസിൽ ഇന്ന് അന്വേഷണ സംഘം ചികിത്സയിൽ കഴിയുന്ന അഫാന്‍റെ ഉമ്മ ഷമീനയുടെ മൊഴിയെടുക്കും.
Rahim, the father of Afan, the accused in the Venjaramoodu mass murder case in Thiruvananthapuram, will return to his hometown today. Rahim, who traveled back from Dammam, will arrive at Thiruvananthapuram Airport by 7:45 AM. Rahim had been unable to return earlier due to the expiration of his Iqama (work permit). His return was made possible through the intervention of social activists. Today, the investigation team will record the statement of Afan's mother, Shameena, who is currently undergoing treatment.
