This animation was a project I’ve had in my head since Fall 2019, after seeing a short edit about an alternate ending of Vento Aureo involving DIO. I officially started working on it in May 2020 in order to learn Blender 2.8 +. This project was always on the back burner in my mind, as I worked on many other animations before I finished it.
I had always set the Inherited Soul event as a final deadline, but I didn’t think it would come so down to the wire like this.
So much about it has changed over its development and I think I am happy with the result. My only regret, in the end, is that I couldn’t perfectly replicate Jojo’s aesthetic.
I would like to thank my friend Austin, @AustinThe_Bear, because he was my hype man for this project, thanks bud.
Another thanks I would like to give is to The Dashing Doctor K, @TDDK_Art, I’ve never talked to him, but his work with Jojo is insane. I always tried to up my game on this animation after seeing his work with part 6. I hope to talk to you one day and learn your secrets!
