Worms don’t really eat the food they use the food to farm microbes
Keep it moist not wet
Feed slowing during establishment
Watch your worms they will tell you what they need
Add trays as needed, start harvesting when you have 4-5 trays done
Leachate isn’t “bad” but you should not get very much of it
