No work done to it yet in this video, it needs the full service. I pulled the motor out and took it apart, cleaned it, found that both springs had been replaced at some point. The governor will need a new spring set, somebody replaced at least one spring but I see the other two are slightly bent, and probably original, plus one screw is cross threaded. Springs are cleaned and replaced back in the can's, both springs are strong, they gave me the same amount of fight going back in as new springs do.
