Recipe ingredients- (6to 8 people)
Tarri/Rassa
Watan (Masala Paste)
Onion sliced -2
Garlic clove-20 to 25
Ginger- 1 inch
Green Chilli-2
Oil- 3 tbsp
Chopped coriander- 1 cup
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds- 1& 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder (bedgi or hotter chili)- 2 tsp
Cinnamon -2 small pieces
Green cardamom-4
Cloves-5
Black pepper whole- 12 to 15 number
Tadka-
Oil- 5 tbsp
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Curry Leaves- 10
Kashmiri chili powder- 1 & 1/2 tsp
Boiling Water- 600 ml (more can be added as required)
Boiled Kala Chana- 100 gm (Soaked overnight & boiled)
Maharashtrian Goda or kala Masala- 1 tsp
(Garam masala Can be used instead kala masala)
Salt- 1 tsp
Tomato (cut in to 4 pieces)-1 to 2 number
Aloo Bonda Recipe-
Boiled Potato- 500 gm
Tadka-
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Sauf(Fennel seeds)-1 tbsp
Chopped garlic - 3 tsp
Chopped ginger- 1 inch
Chopped green chili- 3 number
chopped Curry leaves- 12 numbers
Chopped onion-2
Crushed whole coriander seeds- 1& 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric- 1 tsp
Red chili powder- 2 tsp
Besan - 1 tsp (Optional)
Salt- 1 tsp
Amchur powder- 1 & 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander- 1 cup
Besan (Gram Flour) Batter-
Besan- 200 gm
salt- 1/2 tsp
Cooking soda- 3 pinch
Water- 100 to 120 ml
Oil for frying
Slit green Chilis
Kadhi-
Curd- 200 ml
Besan (Gram flour)- 2 tsp
Water- 500 ml
Tadka-
Oil- 1 & 1/2 tbsp
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Jeera- 1 tsp
Creen chilli chopped- 2
Curry leaves- 12 to 12
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Hing- 3 pinch
Salt- 1tsp
Sugar- 1 tsp
