Ingredients: (for 10 shrimp rolls)
1 lb super colossal headless shrimp
1/2 Lettuce
1/4 Red cabbage
2 cucumbers
2 carrots
Fresh basil leaves
2 green onions
Some ginger slices
1 tbsp cooking wine
2 lemon slices
10 rice paper
Peanut dipping sauce:
4 garlic cloves
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup coconut cream (you can change to water)
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts
