Viewer Questions: Some "tricks" with transformers.

A viewer had heard that you can use the low voltage secondary of a transformer to raise or lower the line voltage, as asked if could explain the "trick" to do that. I show you how to do that, and also how that same principle is used to create inexpensive transformers to boost 120V to 240V and vice versa.
