The #4 Blue Devils celebrated New Year's Eve with an 88-63 win over the Hokies. The Blue Devils shot 66.7% in the second half and 53.4% for the game. Cooper Flagg had another big performance with 24 points, six assists, four steals, three rebounds, and a block. Sion James had a double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds. Kon Knueppel and Tyrese Proctor each scored 13 points. For Virginia Tech, Tobi Lawal had a standout performance with 19 points and five rebounds.
