Ingredients:
✔️2kg potatoes (weight of raw potatoes)
✔️250g potato starch
✔️1 tsp salt
✔️2 eggs
For the meat filling:
✔️300g boiled rib meat
✔️2 large onions
✔️oil, butter for frying onions
✔️ 0.5 tsp salt
For the cottage cheese filling:
✔️200g 9% cottage cheese
✔️1 egg
✔️1 tbsp dried yarrow
✔️0.5 tbsp salt
For the meat filling, you need meatballs ~ 25g in weight, and for the dough ~ 110g of minced potatoes. For the cottage cheese filling, you need cottage cheese balls ~ 30g in weight, and for the dough ~ 110g of minced potatoes. From this amount, I made 11 cepelinai with meat and 6 cepelinai with cottage cheese. Cook in salted boiling water. When the cepelinai rise to the surface, cook them for 7 minutes.
