Darning looms, also known as Speedweves, are an easy way to visibly mend or simply embellish your garments. Spinner, weaver, and instructor Kate Larson will show you how to warp using the two most common methods so you can choose which is right for your project. Play with functional and fun designs as you mend, repair, and decorate with visible mending and colorful patches. The loom used in this demonstration is a 14-hook loom from this Etsy seller: https://www.etsy.com/listing/742437075/speedweve-type-14-hooks-small-loom, but any Speedweve-style mending loom will work. They come in several sizes, so find the best option for you! Enjoy.
