In this video, we will be bringing you alone as we visit wineries in Washington. While visiting the wineries, we went on tours and even did some wine tasting!
One thing my sister wanted to do while in Washington was to visit a winery! We went to Woodinville, Washington where numerous wineries are located. While there, we visited the Columbia Winery, Chateau Ste Michelle, and Prohibition Cellars.
We first visited the Columbia Winery and went on a short tour of their barrel room. We were unable to do any wine tasting there since there were no more reservations left for the evening and a wedding was happening.
We hopped across the street to visit Chateau Ste Michelle where we saw the grapes growing, their wide variety of wine selection, and toured the inside of the facility.
We finished our day going to Prohibition Cellars where we toured their facility and did a wine tasting. We tasted a selection of their white wines! The difference in the two wines we tried was that one spent time on oak and the other spent time in stainless steel.
We had a great time touring the wineries and seeing a new part of Washington! We really enjoyed visiting the wineries and recommend checking them out if you are ever in the area! It is a great thing to do when visiting the Seattle area!
