オーストラリアでもヘアドネーションが可能！
今回は私、Misatoのお話です。
実はこれが3回目のヘアドネーションになります💇♀️❤️
癌などの病気で治療を受ける中で、
髪を失ったり、維持することが難しい子どもたちがたくさんいます。
医学が進歩した現代でも、
病気によって子どもたちの笑顔や日常が失われる現実は変わりません。
私たちが普段当たり前だと思っている日常は、
実は当たり前ではなく、
誰かを思いやることができる大切な時間なのだと感じます。
自分にできることは小さなことばかりで、
意味があるのかと迷うことも多いですが、
生きる意味を模索しながら日々を過ごす私には、
これくらいがちょうどいいのかもしれません。笑
できる限りのことで、
周りの人はもちろん、家族や友人の笑顔を守っていきたいと思います。
日本とオーストラリアでは、ヘアドネーションの募集条件に大きな違いがあります。
日本では31cm以上から寄付が可能ですが、
オーストラリアでは35cm以上が基準です。
それ以下の長さでも受け付けている団体もあるので、
興味がある方はぜひ調べてみてください！
ちなみに、日本では柴咲コウさんも
ヘアドネーションに参加されていることで有名です。🤍

Did you know that hair donation is possible in Australia too?
Today, I’d like to share my own story.
This is actually my third time donating my hair 💇♀️❤️
There are many children who lose their hair or find it difficult to maintain due to treatments for illnesses like cancer.
Even in this modern age of advanced medicine,
the harsh reality remains that illness still takes away children’s smiles and their everyday lives.
The daily life we take for granted
is not guaranteed,
and I’ve come to realize how precious each moment is when we can think of others.
What I can do might seem small,
and there are times when I wonder if it’s even meaningful.
But as someone who’s searching for the meaning of life day by day,
this feels just about right for me. Haha.
I want to do whatever I can,
bringing smiles to the faces of those around me,
starting with my family and friends.
There’s a significant difference in the requirements for hair donation between Japan and Australia.
In Japan, you can donate starting from 31 cm,
while in Australia, the requirement is at least 35 cm.
However, there are organizations that accept shorter lengths,
so if you’re interested, I encourage you to look them up!
By the way, in Japan, actress Kou Shibasaki is famously known for supporting hair donation. 🤍
