This time I built photo-recon Crusader with some scratch built features.

I think the biggest gripe with Sword photo-recon Crusader was that it didn't have option for raised wing. This is because Crusader was the only production aircraft that had this feature and many would build the kit in this configuration.

Last time I built Sword RF-8G version out of the box. I have a vacuform conversion for 1/48 RF-8 in my stash and I had plans for raise and fold the wings and open camera bays and ladders in that. This time as we now have out of the box injection molded photo Crusader, although in 1/72 scale, I decided to make those plans reality in this kit. I don't know if this is super detailing but there are also some improvements / upgrades to the cockpit and wheel wells.
