This VW Tiguan came to me with the key stuck on the ignition, and was impossible to turn the engine off...
After a bit of fiddling managed to turn the key off, just to find out that then would not turn on!...
But, what was causing the ignition switch/lock to get stuck/jammed?
This problem applies to other VW group models...
