Waffle Cones - Vegan & Gluten-free!
Ingredients:
1 stick Vegan Butter, melted
9 Tablespoons Just Egg, vegan egg replacer
3/4 cup Cane Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon Almond Extract
1 cup Brown Rice Flour
3/4 cup Gluten-free 1 to 1 Flour Mix
Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl until well combined. Cook on a waffle cone iron for approximately 1min 25 seconds. Shape while still hot and let cool in desired shape. If using a regular waffle iron - cook for up to 4 mins. If using a Belgian waffle iron - cook for up to 5 mins. Enjoy!
