Yotsukado Hanten, located in Tachikawa City, Tokyo, has been in business for 96 years and is a very popular restaurant that has been loved by locals for a long time and always has long lines of customers. Many repeat customers come for the deliciousness of the dishes, which are made with carefully selected ingredients such as homemade XO sauce, branded Kirishima SPF pork, and handmade tofu purchased from a tofu shop. It's so popular that at peak times, there are over 70 people waiting in line for up to three hours. It is said that 7,000 to 10,000 gyoza dumplings are wrapped on the same day rather than pre-made, and on busy days it can reach 15,000 pieces.
