【余談】
ルーティンは季節によって全くと言っていいほど変わっていきます。
冬は冬眠するように家に籠りがちでしたが、
これからは畑仕事も始まり、外に出る時間が多くなりそうです。
体の変化も見ながら、自分にあったルーティンを探し続けたいと思います！
My routine changes quite a bit depending on the season.
In the winter, I tended to stay indoors, as if hibernating.
From now on, I'll start working in the fields, and it looks like I'll be spending a lot of time outside.
I would like to keep looking for a routine that suits me while watching my body change!
