I've always wanted to try making bread. I think it would be fun to try it while collecting tools little by little, and I think I'll get addicted to it 🍞✨

Cinnamon roll
(Dough)
200g strong flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
140ml milk
20g sugar
5g salt
5g dry yeast
Walnuts (optional)
(Cinnamon sugar)
Sugar, cinnamon powder, coffee
Mix the dough ingredients, knead well, then let it rest for about 50 minutes. (Cover with plastic wrap to prevent drying)
When the dough has doubled in size, roll it out with a rolling pin and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and walnuts.
Roll the dough into a ball so that it is fluffy but not too tight, and cut it into 4-5cm widths.
Cover with a cloth and let it rest again for 30 minutes. (Preheat oven to 200 degrees)
Coat with beaten egg and bake in a 200 degree oven for 15 minutes.
