🍕 Pizza Dough:
‣ 130g lukewarm water 🌊
‣ 1g yeast 🍞
‣ 180g high-gluten flour 🌾
‣ 2.5g salt 🧂
‣ Flour or corn flour (for extra aroma) 🌽
🍅 Pizza Sauce:
‣ 1 can peeled Italian tomatoes 🥫
‣ Salt (to taste) 🧂
‣ Some chopped basil leaves 🌿
🍲 Creamy Mushroom Soup:
‣ 250-300g white cup mushrooms 🍄
‣ A handful of parsley 🌿
‣ Salt (to taste) 🧂
‣ A splash of white wine 🍇
‣ Two cubes of butter 🧈
‣ 1 tbsp flour 🥄
‣ 250g cold milk 🥛
‣ 2 bay leaves 🍃
‣ 200ml hot water 💧
‣ Some cream 🥛

‣ 1 tsp chicken bouillon 🐔

🍪 Matcha Cranberry Mochi Cookies:
‣ 110g milk 🥛
‣ 20g white sugar 🍚
‣ 60g glutinous rice flour 🌾
‣ 10g butter 🧈
‣ 150g low-gluten flour 🌿
‣ 8g matcha powder 🍵
‣ 2g baking powder 🧁
‣ 50g white sugar 🍚
‣ 90g butter 🧈
‣ 50g egg liquid 🥚
‣ Cranberries 🍒
🍹 Strawberry Ice Wine:
‣ 5 strawberries 🍓
‣ 2-3 slices of lime 🍋
‣ Ice cubes 🧊
‣ 20ml syrup 🍯
‣ 80ml jasmine tea 🍵
‣ 30ml vodka 🍸
