Walking through Downtown Cleveland's Two Arcades in 2021 -- How Busy Are They? Lunch at Vincenza's

I walk through The Arcade to check out the architecture, but then pop across the street to the 5th Street Arcade to see a nice collection of small business shops before grabbing lunch at Vincenza's Pizzeria & Pasta.
