Welcome to episode 2 of Walking With Cesar. In this short series, I invite celebrities, athletes, comedians, actors, musicians, and many others to the Dog Psychology Center and go on a Pack Walk with them to discuss their dogs, their behavioral habits, and how to fix or remedy them. Today, I walk with Annie Potts.
Annie is an Emmy Nominated Actress who has played many iconic roles, such as the wonderful ‘Mary Jo Shively’ from “Designing Women,” Janine Melnitz from “Ghostbusters,” Iona from “Pretty in Pink,” and ‘Meemaw’ from the CBS hit comedy “Young Sheldon”.
Her work in “Love & War” garnered her an Emmy nomination, and with “Any Day Now,” she scored two Screen Actors Guild Award nominations. In addition, she has played recurring roles on “Chicago Med,” “Law & Order: SVU” and “The Fosters” as well as guest starring on “Scandal,” “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Major Crimes” and “Two and a Half Men.” Potts reprised her role as the memorable ‘Janine Melnitz’ in “Ghostbusters Afterlife,” the latest film in the franchise, as well as the loveable ‘Bo Peep’ in the highly successful 4th installment of “Toy Story” which won an Oscar for Best Animated Feature.
