It's travel day in this week’s Walt Disney World Vlog as we check out of Bay Lake Tower and walk to Magic Kingdom to soak up the magic one last time. We get to enjoy some of our favourite rides and have fun discovering the Smellephants on Parade in Storybook Circus and enjoy exploring the shops and eateries at MCO Terminal C before flying home.

It’s our travel home day but our late flight, together with our location at Bay Lake Tower means we can easily walk to Magic Kingdom to enjoy some Disney magic before we have to leave. The walk is easy and takes about 5 minutes – including security on the way which means we can skip to the entrance turnstiles.
We enjoy the smells from the Main Street Confectionery on our way to Tomorrowland where we jump onto the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover. We decide to get some old school Disney feels on Carousel of Progress but the ride breaks down early on so we make our way to Storybook Circus. Here, we enjoy discovering the Smellephants on Parade and the amazing theming.
A short standby time for Journey of the Little Mermaid is too good to walk past so we join the queue. Unfortunately, the ride is experiencing problems and the line moves slowly. Once we finally get on the ride it is still having some difficulties but it’s such an enjoyable spectacle that we are pleased we waited.
On the way out we catch the finale of Mickeys Friendship Fayre and a last PhotoPass opportunity before heading back to the resort.
After a chilled wait in the resort grounds we make our way to MCO Terminal C via Lyft and are impressed with how friendly the Terminal C staff are all the way through check-in and security.
Keith explores the many shops and eateries in Terminal C before we fly home.

We are Keith, Tracey, Luke, and Daisy. We have been going on family vacations to Walt Disney World, Orlando, Florida for almost 20 years. We have stayed on International Drive, Universal Resorts, and several Walt Disney World Resorts and became Disney Vacation Club members in 2022.
