War in our time is a series that addresses the threats to Sweden and what the Swedish Armed Forces and Sweden as a country can do to counter them. The series is produced by the production company Pannrummet, in collaboration with the Swedish Armed Forces.
In this episode, we focus on the effects war has on a society, and turn our attention to Ukraine. Ukraine is fighting against Russia’s brutal war of aggression, but the majority of Ukrainian society is still functioning. We also look at the vulnerabilities that ensue when society is increasingly digitized. Here, we meet David Lindahl, a research engineer at the Swedish Defence Research Agency (FOI).
