Homelander and Soldier Boy, the two head honchos of The Boys Universe, possibly only excluding the new and improved Billy Butcher. The rivalry and interactions between these two were arguably the highlight of Season Three and in the end we never got to see them fight it out to the very end. Many other characters such as Victoria Neuman, Sam Riordan and Stormfront have in the past been thought to stand near the top, but in the end none come close to the power possessed by these two. And yet, the question remains: Did Homelander really surpass Soldier Boy?
