Grinded Garam Masala Ingredients:
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Cardamom - 3
Cloves - 4
Chicken Marination:
Chicken - 1 kg (Piece size 30gms)
Pink salt
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
Coriander powder - half tsp
Cumin powder - half tsp
Black pepper powder - half tsp
Ajinomoto (Tasting salt) - half tsp
Chat masala - half tsp
Badshah Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
Amchur powder - 1 tsp
Grinded Garam Masala
Red colour - pinch (Optional)
Fresh lemon juice - 1 (medium size)
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Raw Egg - 1
Water - 2 small glasses (200ml)
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
All purpose flour - 2 tbsp
Curd - 100gms
Cashew nuts - 1 cup
Watermelon seeds - 1 cup
Curry leaves - 5 stems
MARINATE OVER NIGHT
Fry part:
Oil for deep fry
Marinated Chicken
Fry for 5 Mins on High flame & 5 Mins on medium flame
Well fried after 10-12 Mins
