This is one of the best Beef Lo Mein recipes on YouTube! To me, this IS way better than takeout, stop wasting y'all money lmao jk but not really. Put my own lil spin on it, let's call this Bro Mein 😎.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb Flank steak or Skirt Steak (Use more if you want)
1 Pack Wide Lo Mein Noodles (https://www.amazon.com/Ka-Me-Noodles-Wide-Mein-Ounce/dp/B000ETC36Q/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2MNHZTQVJZAAF&dchild=1&keywords=kame+wide+lo+mein+noodles&qid=1612560864&sprefix=kame+wide+%2Caps%2C161&sr=8-1)
1/2 Large yellow onion (Sliced)
1 cup Broccoli Florets
3 red chilis
1/2 Cup Dark Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Salt
1/2 Tbsp. Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
1 Tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp. Ground Ginger
2 Tsp. Red Chili Flakes
1/4 Cup Corn Starch (Enough to coat the beef completely)
