But now that our systems are being put to the test by a Vermont winter… one miscalculation has resulted in a huge setback. We moved to rural Vermont to experience a new kind of life, and we found it! We arrived two years ago in a travel trailer and got to work setting up our own off-grid systems. Now we’re making a home for ourselves in a 30 foot Pacific Yurt, right here on the side of a mountain. Charles plans and executes our DIY projects, and flies the drone camera.
