Thanks for joining whether this is your first time or you’ve been following along from the beginning of this channel 11 weeks ago. We're happy to have you! Since moving from California to the UK in May (for those of you wondering, we stay in Scotland with our largest nearby city being Edinburgh), we’ve managed to buy a house, get the kids sorted with school and the GP, and are slowly working our way through a variety of house renovations and projects. This week, we had intended to showcase our garden room build from start to finish, but we had to switch gears slightly as there was a delay. So now, we’re sharing a mini VLOG of this past week, which includes a day trip to Yellowcraig Beach, bike riding and viewing a parade in Musselburgh within East Lothian, and some of the early stages of the garden room build (ground screws, siding, and more). 1. We moved from CA, but Annie is from Georgia, and Zach was born and raised in Scotland.
2. Zach previously worked as a Sergeant in the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
3. Annie comes from a military family and has lived across the world.
4. Zach went to circus camp during summer holidays.
5. He can juggle well.
6. Annie cannot sing to save her life, but Zach makes up for the both of them with his angelic voice.
7. We love tent camping despite getting snowed on every anniversary.
8. We both took German in high school.
9. We are not fluent.
10. Zach grew up playing rugby, and Annie played football (soccer).
