Trail Ultra Running is a great sport and a great community. But it can also be intense and push you to your physical and emotional limits. There are aspect of ultra running we may not be ready to face and can surprise us. Those secrets we are embarrassed to talk about or share with others. But keeping it for ourselves leaves us vulnerable
This was a very uncomfortable topic to address, but I hope it can help some in their journey to a sustainable ultra running career.
