We provision our sailboat for 6 months of cruising the Bahamas. All provisioning starts with making a meal plan and finding enough space for all provisions on your sailboat!
We struck a happy balance of provisiong what we need, and what will not expire over the next 6 months. We also invest in new tools (Dometic Freezer & Vacume Sealer) to extend the shelf life of our provisions aboard!
