We started the day riding the Puffing Billy Steam Train, soaking up the gorgeous views of the Dandenong Ranges. Then, it was off to the Yarra Valley for an amazing mix of food and scenery. We tried some incredible cheeses at Yarra Valley Dairy, visited a few spots in wine country, and finished with delicious treats at the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie. While we made it an overnight trip and stayed in Healesville, both of these experiences can easily be done as day trips from Melbourne!
