Previously on Starseed Psyche. Kyo Adachi completed the Suberaith Military Training program to become a specialized combatant, ready to fight the mechanical invading forces of the Kyuserax. Using their Suberaith Suits and the telepathically controlled blades that emerge from their gauntlets, Kyo and his squad feel prepared for any fight that may come their way. Kyo’s Squad is called the Scarlet Squadron and is led by Captain Hekima Aka. His fellow Soldiers are Akalee Chipensaal, Jin Quin, Takada Kiko, Serata Souta, Oda Mirika and Sashitu Shred, but Kyo is closest with Chip and Quin.
The mysterious foe the Earth is facing, the Kyuserax is still widely believed to have been created by the Alien Race known as the Kyusidians who were sent away from Earth since the Kyuserrax attacks began despite them protesting their involvement and claiming only to want to help humanity. It is still uncertain why the Kysserax have attacked at all, but regardless, the best defense against them has proven to be the Suberaith Soldiers.
The 4 months of Suberaith training coming to a close also brings Kyo very close to a deadline his Spirit Guide, Yorik, told him about during his Near Death Experience nearly one year ago, that in 333 days he would shake hands with both the destined love of his life as well as his greatest rival. Kyo thinks that one of his squad mates, Quin, will end up being his rival and that the inventor of the Suberaith Tech and the Captain of another Squad, Toshiko Yamada, will be the love of his life, but he can’t be certain.
The night before this deadline’s arrival, all the Suberaith Soldiers at the Suberaith Military Compound were awakened at 11:11, right on the brink of day 333, and were told that the Kyserax were attacking Tokyo again and this time, there were a lot of them.
