This video is a quick introduction to mediasoup what you need to establish a successful connection from a participant to the mediasoup server. We will also explain the relationship between the main components that make mediasoup (workers, routers, transports, producers and consumers).
We also go through some sequence diagrams that take us from the initial step of requesting rtpCapabilities of the router all the way to a participant consuming media stream from a producer. We finally touch on how to close transports, producers & consumers when a participant disconnects or closes the connection.
In my opinion if you understand the concepts, you are good to go with any kind of implementation with mediasoup be it 1-1, 1-many, many-many, few-many.
